Welcome to Golden Cup Wilderness, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating enriching and inspiring experiences in nature! We’re excited to have you join our workshops and programs, and we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. *Accommodations and Sleeping Arrangements*:

 We offer rustic, on-site accommodations for participants to enjoy nature up close! Please bring your own sleeping materials, as our accommodations may not fully meet all current Mendocino County regulations. By staying with us, you understand that the facilities are provided "as-is," and you agree to assume responsibility for any associated risks

2. *Food and Potluck Gatherings*:

At Golden Cup Wilderness, we love community! We encourage participants to share in the joy of potluck-style meals. While we may offer basic staples, you are responsible for bringing your own food. All shared meals are at your own risk, and we’re not liable for any food-related issues. Let’s all enjoy the experience with care and consideration for one another.

4. *Respect for Local and State Laws*:

We aim to operate in harmony with Mendocino County and California state laws. Some aspects of the farm may not fully align with all regulatory requirements. By joining us, you agree to be mindful of these regulations and to respect the policies of Golden Cup Wilderness. If any issues arise, please know that non-compliance may result in removal from the program

5. *Refund and Cancellation Policy*:

All payments are final, and refunds are not typically offered, except in cases of emergency at our discretion. Our current cancellation policy applies, so please review it for guidelines on cancellations.
